President & CEO:

Louis Ochoa

Louis is a seasoned and accomplished senior executive with over thirty-five years of progressive leadership experience in the financial services industry. Recognized for driving results and achieving significant milestones in delinquency reduction, loss containment, recovery rate improvement, and overall operational efficiency. A strategic thinker with expertise in business planning, team building, and managing high-pressure, rapid-growth environments. Adept at implementing transformative strategies, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and building exceptional teams.

 

Louis previously served for 6 years as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Servicing Solutions, a world-class servicing organization, witnessed transformative growth under his leadership. By harnessing advanced technologies and data-driven analytics, he established an account-based marketing strategy, achieving exceptional results.  Additionally, he served for 4 years as the Chief Executive Officer of LoanMe Inc., a California based lender. He also spent over 10 years as Vice President of Loan Servicing for CashCall, Inc. and 7 years as the Group Director of Asset Recovery for HSBC Auto, formerly Household Automotive Finance and American Credit Corporation. Throughout his 35+ year career, Louis has brought together a group of exceptionally talented individuals which over time have evolved into XperiSource’s  current enterprise leadership team. He has built a team with a strategic focus, collective approach, team interaction that optimizes performance and alignment for superior organizational results.

 

Louis is active in various charitable activities, most notably spearheading an annual charity drive since 2009 in support of Mary’s Kitchen & The North Texas Food Bank, non-profit organizations dedicated to feeding the hungry and homeless in Orange County, CA and Plano, TX.

Chief Compliance Officer:

Paul Olhovich

Paul was appointed by the Board of Directors (B.O.D.) of XperiSource as Chief Compliance Officer to create, implement, and lead the company’s Compliance Management System (CMS), in alignment with Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB) guidance, and state regulatory and licensing requirements for a fast-growing, primary loan servicer, BPO, Call Center.

 

Prior he was a Managing Partner at Olhovich Abogados, S.C. in Mexico City, Mexico. He is Law graduate from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, with a master’s degree in business law and a specialization in financial markets and financial instruments from the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija in Madrid.

 

With 30 years of professional experience as a corporate financial lawyer, Pablo has been serving as an independent legal advisor since 2019. His journey includes a decade at Infonavit, where he excelled as a Legal-Financial Manager. During his tenure, he structured issues of mortgage-backed securities and established various funds, notably the Housing Needs Support Fund (FANVIT), which manages assets exceeding $20 billion (US).

 

Pablo’s career has also encompassed roles as an associate in prestigious law firms, including Chadbourne & Parke, Thacher Proffitt & Wood, Cuatrecasas (in Madrid), and Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez. These experiences have enriched his legal acumen and sharpened his skills in serving the corporate sector.

 

Currently, Pablo proudly serves as a Corporate Lawyer for companies related to the Mexican Stock Exchange. His diverse experiences and unwavering commitment to excellence make him a seasoned professional ready to meet complex legal challenges in the ever-evolving business landscape.

Training & Development

Kristin Andreasen

Kris is responsible for building  a training program and team which will be responsible for all aspects of identifying and attracting new hires for the company, along with overseeing all training initiatives for new employee training, performance enhancement, and employee development.

Kris brings over 30 years of experience in staff and leadership development, performance improvement, functional learning, and change management to this role. Her expertise includes instructional design, creating professional development programs, leadership development, and project management.

 

Prior to joining XperiSource Kris served as the VP of Employee Leadership & Development at Servicing Solutions.  Kris also served as the Director of Employee & Leadership Development for LoanMe, Inc. While at LoanMe, Kris directed the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of all training, including New Hire, Ongoing, Compliance, and Leadership Development. She also took on the challenge of overseeing the Talent Acquisition function for the company’s servicing division.

Kris’ career has included earlier roles as the Sr. Director of Training for Zenith Education Group, Director of Leadership Development for ACC Capital Holdings, and Director of Organizational Development for AMC Mortgage Services amongst others. She also served as a Board Member for the Orange County Chapter of the Association for Talent Development.

 

Kris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Public Administration, both from California State University, Long Beach.
